Starions on s14

hey

Im getting some Starion Widebody wheels very soon (8j rear and 7J fronts). Does someone know what work needs to be done to make them fit on an s14?

Would help me plan the fitment a lot

Huh? You should surf around on here and take a look at some of the wheel threads.

7 and 8 inch wide wheels on an S14 are nothing.

I run 17x9 +17 all around with nothing other than fenders rolled and a TINY amount of pull.

get 50mm spacers then you will be set haha I am such a stinker

They fit, but why not look for a set of the SHP 8/9.

16x8 -10
16x7 +18... you'll need a spacer to get any sort of fitment on the front.

hhhmmm ok thanks thats what i thought.......there shouldnt be any problem.

What I should of said initially is that I have actually already got them and they dont fit at all.......

The rears stick about 25mm beyond the arch without any spacers? and the fronts hit the caliper with 3 mm spacing, there isnt any chance of more spacing because there will be no thread left for the nuts?

I thought that they were quite a straight forward fit........have I gone and bought some weird fake starions?

Rear looks fine to me, just remove some camber.

and get better tires ive seen lots of s14s with them

yeh ok.

The tyres are super old and will defo be replaced
what sort of tyre width could I get away with on an 8j, theyre 225 right now so 195 im thinking will help alot with camber also?
