fs: 96 S14/RB25

I have for sale a 1996 S14 with an RB25. I bought the car about six months ago and have decided to go a different route. Im asking $5500 obo. Car has working air conditioner, heat, and power steering. Other than the body kit the interior and exterior are in great shape. Motor runs great and pulls hard but valve seals are leaking. How do you know its the valve stem seals?

Usually you cant tell even when you take them off the head and examine them by hand...

What is the compression across the board and what symptoms does it display rendering the logic of bad valve stem seals?

I very interested BTW.
