SOLD.
Up for sale is my 1991 240sx Super Hicas in color red. It's a 5 speed, and has about 241,xxxx chassis miles. Only mod is a 3" Fsudo cat back exhaust which came with the car when I purchased it, very loud. I replaced the engine with a newer one back in April of this year after a piston broke through the block on the old one. New engine was said to have 120,000 miles and was purchased from a Zilvia.net member (Phi_Ho1). A new starter was put in at this time as well. Never really drove the car much after the swap but I will tell you, it pulls hard. I also replaced the trashed stock seats with some pretty mint 180sx front seats, only flaw is the drivers' seat has a barely noticeable cigarette burn on the bottom half. The front door speakers are new as well, which are Alpine Type S speakers. This car is an SE so it has power windows, and a manual sunroof.
Only bad things about this car:
-Power steering pump leaks. I replaced the lines/hoses earlier this year thinking it would solve the problem, but it still leaks. I got tired of refilling it so now it is empty and pretty much feels like manual steering. Once in motion, it's easy to turn the wheel. I'd say a new pump would fix the problem.
-Car has a few minor dents here and there (which I have detailed pictures of), the paint is faded at some spots, and I was just about to do some body work so that's why the front bumper and fender is sanded a bit.
This car has a clean title in my girlfriends name because it's actually her car. The registration is current as well, but will expire in November. This car also does not pass smog which I think is possibly due to the exhaust. I had to pay someone to pass it.
I'm looking to get $1,600, may negotiate a little on price. I'm also interested in hearing some TRADE offers, so don't hesitate. Nothing american though. Mainly interested in another S13 without a sunroof, maybe even a clean rolling S13 shell WITHOUT A SUNROOF. Also interested in te72's, te31's, te37's, miatas, anything RWD, and if a Honda, it would have to be dropped at the least.
I would also be willing to remove the front seats and sell it for $1200.
BTW, CAR WILL NOT COME WITH HEADUNIT, SPEAKERS ONLY.
