Turn Signal Help

Hey everyone, my turn signals DO WORK, its just that they no longer turn off when the steering wheel becomes centered again. I have the cover off now, but I'm not sure what part controls this. I have looked in the FSM but it doesn't really specify exactly what needs to be replaced. Oh almost forgot its a 95 s14. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The turn signal cancel is the blue plastic ring behind the steering wheel, it locks into three prongs on the wheel and rotates along with it. Check it for spacing, damage, or just ill fitting.
