View Full Version : S13 SR problem - rough idle, running rich

I have a s13 sr redtop i have a bogging problem also my car runs a little on the rich side. I have changed all my vacuum lines and checked for boost leaks. Changed all the fittings for my re-circ BOV. I have also cleaned my MAF.

I smell gas all the time coming from the car. I dont know what is going on.

What could be possible reasons for that ?

have you tried timing or maybe a different ecu, friend had the same problem, his ecu was f'd

no i haven't tried that yet, timing nor ecu

Check your injectors.

I was thinking it could have been the O2 sensor. So when i was looking at it i couldn't help to see another housing that was blocked of, i thinkk that might have been the EGR...

And how do i check the O2 and Injectors anyway. My method of buying new stuff and replacing them seems like a bad method because im shooting in the dark.
