take out the bulb from the back. you will have a hole about 2 inches in diameter. just use some needlenose pliers.

if they r stuck then use a tooth brush from the back.... wait, how they get inside? do u have a crack or a leak?
if it is too far to get out then use a vaccuum.....

That's funny. A dead bug! LOL
Anyway... the lights are connected via "funky looking plug" with a bulb attached to it. The plug should turn about 1/2 turn and unlock and come out. It will be a pretty tight fit.
Also, if your headlights are cloudy, from moisture, you might wanna look into new headlights, as you should have a crack or leak, and this will just happen again, and the cloudiness will just get worse.

if it just leaks with no cracks then just silicon the sides.....

I'm not into jimmy-rigging my car... so I don't silicone crap. You should see it, a piece of weatherstripping about 3 inches long stuck up, and I could have used weatherstripping adheasive to stick it back, but I bought that entire piece of stripping around the back window.

i am talking abt the stiff u used the gun for... make it thin and clear.....
What is actually real EZ is to remove the headlight from the car and then slap the headlight around until the bastard bug comes out. Just look at how it is mounted to the car and you will see there in only like 3 or more bolts that hold it in. I took mine off in 10 min when I was installing my oil cooler.
