oem vista ultimate 64bit

Anyone interested in this??? Windows 7 is coming out soon, you may want to buy this and pickup the 7 ultimate upgrade package. i would like to get rid of this so i'm thinking 70 bucks shipped. that's a fair bit under anything else i've seen online. disc has 0 scratches and obviously comes with a good cd key. lmk

no sorry... would like cash. i guess i can include vista sp1 and sp2 updates on a seperate disk too just to make things a bit more convenient.
