I have the Greddy large capacity oil pan on my SR. Stripped the drain threads doing my last oil change -- apparently they don't hold torque as well as the factory steel pans.

So, I ordered a Heli-Coil thread repair kit online from Amazon. The local Kragen/Autozone places didn't have the M12x1.25 thread kit that was needed. Before you ask, yes, I know you can get these at stores that specialize in nuts/bolts, and I didn't have time to visit any of these as most of the ones close to me aren't open on weekends, and I can't make it to them on the weekdays.

Long story short, Heli-Coil kit was used, worked like a charm. Have 5 of 6 remaining threaded inserts left.

Anyone need some repairs? Pitch is M12x1.25. You can borrow it if you're local.
