View Full Version : Xbox 360 backup discs or 'box mods in SoCal?

I wanna mod my xbox to play
back up discs. The prices of games are ridiculous and
Halo ODST just pissed me off. Paying for maps that they give you later
for free?! WTF! Anyway, anybody knows or does this type of stuff?
Also, I wanna still be able to play on Live.

I did, but a lot that i see there are for the disc sales or just modding the case of the xbox. I called a couple, but the guys that sell the backups, don't do the chip or modding.

and dont be surprised at the maps thing. bungie/m$ has always done that. they did it with halo 2 and they just did it with halo 3. you're pretty much just paying the 5 bucks to play the maps a few months earlier than everyone else. i've never bought map pack from them because of that.

I can show you how to bridge and get host and all that stuff. But your not really looking for that.. So i got a friend that might be able to do that Mod you want on your xbox. But give me a sec i gotta see if i can find the number. Are you willing to drive all the way to Riverside County?

Hmm, if i can get a good price over there, yeah.
Hopefully more local, but a good price will help too.

ALright, i guess i lost the card the guy gave me to call him. So ill keep trying to find a way to get the number again.
Just keep seaching your local game places. It shouldnt be that hard to mod it. Google it DIY Mod xbox or something. idk.

...i found my guy on craigslist, btw. modded, a good cleaning, and he threw in a preemptive RROD fix for 40 bucks.
