Shipping a Car!

Need some info on shipping cars. Need a car shipped from Detroit to Cali. Pretty much wanna hear your experiences and prices spent.

i had a corolla (ae86) shipped from arkansas to socal for $950. i szx pissed cuz the car was supposed to come with an extra engine, trans, rear axle, and a bunch of other stuff but the transport company wouldn't take the car with all that stuff in it so i hadta pay extra to have it all shipped freight separately.

i had my s13 shipped from georgia to ohio, was about 700 bucks open trailer. they were very fast got in 2-3 days early. this was like 6 years ago though.

Had my non-running Z shipped from CA to TX for $500. Just called/emailed around for quotes until I got one that I liked from some one trustworthy. This was like 4 yrs ago though.
