CA18DET Running extreamly rich

Ok, I solved the problem with the revving past 3k rpms, yay.....ok so I started it up ect, and its blowing out black smoke and sputtering ect.... I know what to check and everything but is there wierd uncommon problems with these enignes that I should check for???

o2 sensor
fpr
injectors

Intercooler piping, check it. Seriously.

I did, I just it together with new stuff and double checkedd all the clamps ect...
