i run NGK BKR7E,
go with these plugs and call it a day. iridium is nice if you are too lazy to change 4 plugs every now and agian...but I think it's always better to change em out and look at em anyways

go to your local nissan dealer and ask for part #
22401-20J07
those are the plugs that come in that motor new from the dealer.
they are about 3.00 each but they might have to order them

NGK just changed the stock number from 6097 to 4644, they still make them. I bought some this week.

Iridiums are trying to ionize a smaller volume of air/fuel, so it takes less voltage to jump the gap and generate a spark. Helped my breakup issues at higher boost with a reasonable gap.
BKR7Es don't like much track time in my experience before they begin breaking up slightly under boost, then it just gets worse as they get soot on them from the unburnt fuel at WOT.

OMG, you seem so lost.
BCP is the JIS standard plug, and therefore longer terminal. I feel they are a better match in the SR because they push into the Coil Pack further.
Otherwise bcp is identical, from the nut down.
And about BKR7E's being discontinued, just the Older non Vpower version. I like the V power better, can run a larger gap w/o breakup. (think about .002).
Sparkplugs.com is a good place to start.
Sparkplugs.com - Cross Reference Search Results (http://www.sparkplugs.com/results_cross.asp?pid=bkr7e&x=0&y=0)
they are run by Monarch Products who STOCKS NOT CARRIES everything NGK makes.
Monarch Products
"If NGK makes it, we stock it"

NGK iridium is also the only iridium I would give any attention to. In BK and BCP package, they are a really good plug, if you have the money. Otherwise, tried and tested V-Powers should be the only thing anyone runs in their nissan, especially engines with coil packs.
