different motor

Ok i have a 93 240sx, it is a 2.4l 16 valve with twin cams. Can someone tell me what the advantage of my motor compared to the single cam 12 valve 2.4 litre motor?

the 16 Valve KA24DE DOHC's have 15 more HP than the 12 Valve KA24D SOHC. Thats all.

Also, a second cam and an extra valve on a cylinder make the car more efficient.  I dunno the gas mileage on a '93, but it is more than the 89-91.
