car electrical in so cal?

Does anybody recommend a shop or even a person that is good and i can take a look at the electrical in my car?

something with my tail lights/ gauge cluster, the brake lights work, but the running lights and my license plate lights do not. my gauge cluster went out a minute after that, but the clock light and all the other signal lights work. i replaced my fuses, checked the bulbs, don't know if it's a relay or what? and i don't have the patience for it! lol
