275+hp goal sr20 goal... turbo and supporting mods WTB...

im looking to purchase a turbo really soon... in the range of something like a s15 turbo-gt2860r(s)-gt2871-etc etc etc

my power goals are 275-325whp (i know its kinda broad)

if anyone has a setup with manifold, turbo, elbow, tuned ecu, injectors, or supporting mods let me know please... i live in socal so local is better but im willing to buy shipped parts
