ive been trying to track down my richness problem (wideband reads 12.1 at idle) i think it may be a o2 issue im using the fat o2 from the blacktop and now im seeing mixed reviews where people are saying u must use the skinny o2 or it wont read correctly my question is how many volts or mv should the computer be recieving at idle for a stoichiometric reading?

Only Red Tops use the skinny's
Black top SR's (even S13 B/T) use Fat type O2
Get the correct one

No. It is a narrowband O2 that reads from 0.0v and .999v while switching back and forth from rich to lean.

if you have a redtop ECU you will need skinny o2 sensor.
if you have a blacktop ECU you will need a fat o2 sensor.
They do not read the same.
