"that yellow thing" ....how descriptive. Yes oem usdm zenki fogs are projectors. usdm kouki fogs are not.
And if you are trying to decide whether to put hid in them. Please don't. Too much light and blinds other people. Unless you don't care about other people, then go ahead.

yea sorry for the horrible description
anyways no im content with regular bulbs but i had a pair of broken fogs but the projectors were fine and had an idea
for low beams i already hav hid's with black reflectors and its not bright at all and looks amazing but for high beams i thought hey why not use these projectors...the wouldnt really benefit me but i thing itll look cool in the high beam location
heres my headlight setup
55 watt 8k HID low beam
35 watt 6k high beams(getting rid of them for regular bulbs)
blacked out housing with black flakes that make the light shimmer(hard to explain u hav to see it)
clear lenses

8K HID = fail.
Anything above 4300K is just blue light, looks like shit. Oh wait, "its not bright at all and looks amazing", you're clearly on the right track then. Don't worry about usable light output or the safety of other drivers, just do what looks cool.

man i knew ur ass would end up in my thread n i knew ud flame on me
contrary to wat u believe my lights arent dim but they arent retardedly bright and that was my point and i also hav a rather low cut of so no i dont hav light shooting everywhere and blinding people
no shit about anything above 4300k is unusable light bc white light is the brightest which is another reason i went 8k bc it wouldnt be as bright
8k was my choice bc i chose 55 watt which looks more like 6k
and last but not least im about to tint the headlights and ive put tint over th lenses before and i still have adequate light output
the reason for the projectors on the high beams where infact jus for looks
thank you for your input on every thread ive read on zilvia lol
i understand u know ur shit but kids can come up with shit that works too
o yea and the safety of drivers is the reason why i went through so much trial and error to find a good way to make the headlights brighter but still look cool without hurting fellow driver's eyes
p.s. dont take this as me bein an ass bc i dont mean it that way
