1973 Toyota Corolla KE20

1974 Toyota coroll KE20. I am the 3rd owner of the car. It is a clean title and registered till august of 2010. The car has a documented 64k miles and runs great with no issues at all. I drive it about 40 miles round trip a day. It's a great commuter and gets 34-38 mpg but I need something a little newer. Car has brown exterior with no dents and very few dings. Only rust is on the bottoms of the fenders and a little in the spare tire area. Motor is a 3KC and always starts up no problems and has a new battery and alternator. Paint is faded but I used Polishing compund on a spot on the trunk and it brought out a good shine so the paint could easily be reconditioned and still look good. Interior is in about the same condition as the exterior with a cracked dash and minor tears in the seats but is is in good condition considering the age of the car. It's lowered and have 13" hoshino impul wheels with new federal tires. I also installed a pioneer P2100-UB deck with Rockford fosgate power T1653 speakers. I'm not really sure what to ask for this car but im gonna start at 3200 OBO or trade and go from there.
