I have a set of Tanabe pro 7 for s13 for sale or trade
They're 10/8kg spring rate. They ride very nice.. they're not blown. They're clean and in great shape. Only reason i'm looking to trade/sell is because they sit too high for my preference my lost is your gain.
Looking to trade for stance gr+pro or powered by max coilovers for s13 (plus cash on your part negotiable). You must be in SoCal.

I was real low on my s13 when I had Tanabe 7's, you must want your frame on the ground lol.
Sick come up for whoever trades/buys these, that price is awesome. Some of the best off-the-shelf coilovers you can buy.

I have the same coilovers on my S14.
you can usually find pretty cheap Tanabe PRO210 springs in different lengths.
Although there is pretty limited 8k spring lengths.

dude these coilovers go low. i have them on my 14, try loosening the plug on the lower bracket, it is just a ball bearing that allows it to move easier, but it doesnt look like the lower bracket is all the way maxed out. also make sure there is preload on the helper spring

I ran them at "Tanabe recommended height", was damn low but still had another inch front and back to go! If I woulda slammed em, I probably would be tucking 17" rim and dragging frame rails all over the place.

comparing your seven's to gsxrjordan's, your helper spring also looks compressed a tiny bit, try checking the preload and make sure there is none.

I'm confused when people say these go way low. I don't understand how, unless our definitions are way different... I know I could get the fronts lower with shorter springs, taking out that ball bearing crap that stops it. But the rear? The only think I can think to do is adjust them to droop. But I hate that. The lower shock mount is too short, so even when the "body" is threaded in all the way, the collars are nowhere near touching. Removing the helper spring, or getting shorter springs would do nothing to make the rears lower. The only thing I can think of is to cut the rear body shorter, but I don't want to even try that, I saw what the bottom looks like and it made me not even consider that.
Anyways, maybe I'm just overlooking something obvious? But I have these coilovers, and they ride seriously amazing. Glws.

thanks Nick
I'm also thinking the same thing.. maybe their definition of low is different from ours.
I'll take some pics of the car with the current ride height and post them up tonight
