Pulled the motor to do some head work, timing chain, etc... Installed everything back correctly that I can tell. Cranked the car but would not start. Sprayed starting fluid in and it'll start for like 3 secs or so. So I took off the fuel line from fuel filter and turned key to on position, no fuel. Cranked it, no fuel. Did the same to line to fuel pressure regulator, no fuel. Fuel pump was working before I pulled the motor out during spring this year. I opened the fuel door and there was some pressure. Also checked the fuel pump fuse in driver side kick panel, was good. I don't think it would effect the starting of the car but I wired in some 50# msd injectors and z32 maf, ECU is tuned for it. There is a walbro 250Lph fuel pump in there from p.o. Could the fuel pump just go bad? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

check for power at the fuel pump plug, if you got 12V then pull the pump and check it out.
once the fuel is dried off the pump try to hot wire it to see if it will still work, only for a second though.
If nothing then the pump is fried and needs to be replaced

Okay, so there is two plugs going to the fuel pump on top of the cover of the tank. Smaller of the two had two wires one black and second black with white stripe. The slightly bigger connector had four wires one of them red. I put a volt meter to it and it read 11.75 or something with key at ON/ACC. So I'm going to guess this means there is power going to the fp and the fp is just out of commision. It worked before which is wierd. I don't know how this could happen. The tank is like 3/4 full. I'm going to get a new fp. Someone tell me if my testing was done correctly. Again, TIA and any suggestions are appreciated.

Found the culprit. The ecu I was using was a tuned ecu for the maf and 50# inj., which I bought from a member here, doesn't work. Or it doesn't turn on the fuel pump. I was researching and so I used my original ecu for the hell of it and heard the fp wine/power on, turned the key and the engine ran. It then stumbled and died after a few seconds though. I have the IACV screw in all the way when the engine was out so that could be the problem with that. That or the bigger injectors and/or maf wiring which I'm rechecking today.
As for the ecu, I'm asking for a refund or help of some kind from him. Maybe he knows something about the ecu that I don't. I'm not getting a reply though. This is why I hate buying from forums. My lost there. RS Enthalpy, here I come.
