ARe S14 and J30 rear subframes the same? And can you put a J30 rear subframe into an S13? Im almost sure you can but would it be an upgrade?

Seems the 96 j30 subframes won't swap over. Though the hubs and multilinks will.

I unno. I just googled j30 subframe and got a lot of ok info. Wasn't that hard.
