alright, so i took my car to get the rear camber adjusted since my welded diff was eating my tires to shreds. when i dropped the car off at the alignment shop i was pretty stoked to get it fixed, considering i would have done it myself but didnt know how. when i went to pick the car back up i was like WTF man? the back end of my car is waaay off the ground. so now im sitting nose down. i had them install my camber adjusters which they did correctly, but they also adjusted my coilovers way the hell up (like 2.5 inches) definitely didnt ask them to. they said they did that because my coils didnt have any tension on them when they raised the car up. no duh, it isnt supposed to with my suspension right? they should only have tension when the car is on the ground. i have Tanabe coilovers with 250rx (i think) springs. i dont really know what to do about this, i dont know if i should take it back up there and tell them to fix it, or try to do it myself. they adjusted the rear right coilover all the way up the adjustment threads, and the rear left side only up a third of the way so im also sitting down to the left but cant really tell. my question is, if i attempt to do this myself, will i need any more adjusters? if i drop the car back down i should only need to adjust camber right?

If you drop it back down, you will need to get the toe adjusted too. They should do it for free since they did shit you didn't ask them to do. That's retarded and unprofessional

u could do it your self, just lower it to where u want it, n it should have a warranty on the alignment depending on where u got it done, n just tell them to adjust it as much as they could without bringing it up, or u might wanna consider aftermarket rear upper control arms to get it perfect

hope this helps

thx guys, i need to buy toe arms/rods not only for now but for future use as well. the car is unfortunately my DD for now, but i plan on using it as my track car sometime in the future. what kind would you suggest? i already have GodSpeedProject Camber arms on the back.

also, i dont really understand how they work. i've googled it, but none of them show up specifically for 240sx's. anybody know where i can find a tut on how to use them?

how to use them? if u dont know how to do alignments, dont touch it. you can install them and shit but to truly "use" them, u'd need an alignment machine
