President Barack Obama's decision/bill to restrict tire imports from China has passed. Look for tire pricing to increase in the next month by 35%.
"In one of his first major decisions on trade policy, President Obama opted Friday to impose a tariff on tires from China, a move that fulfills his campaign promise to "crack down" on imports that unfairly undermine American workers but risks angering the nation's second-largest trading partner."
Im trying to get as many tires as I can from my distributors before the next shippments arrives. I would advise you to stock up or buy now. I'm also seeing American and Japanese tire companies rasing their prices due to the demand. (which is really dirty)
