all of this was done within the last 4,000 miles and doesnt include labor or bunch of other misc. stuff

i also just yesterday replaced the front lower ball joints and had the car aligned and changed the oil

im not knocking that guys car at all and think he could get that much for it but the fact that mine is a 98 and his is a 91 covers the 3500 difference.

plus the brakes, aem stand alone, tuning, tein flex+edfc+rucas vs megan racing, $1000 exhaust manifold.


most other shit evens out like hes got 2 more wheel/nicer seats/harness bars/oil cooler but i got nicer fmic/more guages/newer better tires/ redtop vs s15

I had that same kit. I liked the kit itself but if you don't live in a place with nice roads then you end up having to fix fiber glass...$$$$. But with exception of my OEM CF hood and yours my last car was built much like this one. and it cost me a ton. So i understand wanting to try to get 15k out of it.

that said...

Try not to get offended because people have opinions about the price of your car. In the end its YOUR car and its YOUR choice and nobody is saying they don't like it, we are just trying to HELP you get it gone. And our experiences have seen much better builds than your car go for less. So be prepared for that.

its not really bad enough for me to worry about it.

i talked to a guy a long time ago that repaired his volks and just used a redish ring around the edge of his lip and it turned out great.

Bike is being parted out...I have a little cash...But I keep putting it into the 240 to make it nice...Painting it Dark Metallic Purple...Getting complete black new interior, cage soon and wheels 18's fno1rc's bronze...

So now that I am doing that...Price is definitely not going to move on my car.

uhhh, forgetting the suspension/brakes/lsd plus it has working AC and a perfect interior and HIDs

ps $6k will barley get a you a set up capable of "650hp" with going really budget parts like the fmic and manifold.
