how do I download ringtones to my cell?

my parents finally let me have a cell phone, and I got a motorola 120t on cigular service.
how do I DL ringtones and games and stuff like that onto my cell phone?

just go to the cingular site.. or search google..
the games you have to pay for ... im not sure about the ringtone... maybe you ahev to pay for those... but for the games im sure...i dont own that particular phone, but usually $5 for each game.
