In the last year I've had a lot of intestinal problems that finally led to surgery, so through all of that shit I lost 50 pounds, doctor wants me to gain weight, never mentioned doing it in a healthy manner, so this is what I do.

You can make these foods suprisingly healthy if you forego the lb of cheese (thats like, .85 kilos to you or something). Turkey burger on a grill, on a whole wheat bun with lettuce tomato onion and a little katsup with some baked french fries and some home made beans. Thats a good dinner, any way you slice it.
