Will these bolt right up to an s13 or is there some modification needed to get them to work?

they will bolt up to the S13, except for the fact that you will have to use 300 shocks. Or if you have coilvers that have adjustable pickup points get your pick up points changed to u shape mounts, versus round mounts that the S13-S14 use

You'll also need a new ball joint seat you can get from the dealer.
