What is a reasonable price to look for when shopping for an S13 with minimal mods (maybe suspension work and exhaust, basic mods) and low mileage?

depends on a variety of factors (body condition, year, miles, mods, etc etc)
but general rule:
less then $4,000

well i apparently paid more than anyone else on here (although I still think not too much)
mines a 1993 SE with 120 kms when I got it, excellent shape, old man driven all the bells and whistles (leather too)
oilsprayed every year, not a spec of rust, refinished factory alloys and 2 year old paint job. Absolutely showroom shape, immaculate. In fact this week the nissan dealer asked me to leave my car there for the week in the showroom, they had some older Z cars I guess promoting the new 350Z, and they called me and asked if I could leave mine with them, and I did. Got a 2003 sentra spec V for the week!
paid 10 grand Canadian

yes. less than $4000.. around $3000 for good condition 91 and up. $3500-4000 for pristine condition ones. $1500-2500 for running 89 to 90s. and $500-1000 for perfect chasis depending on whats included in it.

depends on the overall condition of the car, any modifications if there are any anad mileage. a reasonable price would be between $3000-$4000. If it has any modifications or the HICAS system it might run a little more, depending on everything else.

Also, since no one mentioned it:
Convertibles = $3000-8000? (sky is the limit it seems for these)
All were automatic and in 1994 they were the only S13 for sale in the US iirc.

That, my friend, is WAY TOO MUCH! I paid 6600$ CDN 3 years ago for a fully loaded 1993 LE with no rust...
Hope your car is worth it though. Good condition 240's are so rare in Canada...

How many kms? Yeah I agree they are hard to find, I have a buddy who has one and its just rotten, same as mine (same car)
but it was a dealer buy with a warranty and when I look in the auto trader, I still see pristine ones like mine for 9 to 10 grand canadian. I think mine was worth it tho. I love it to death and everyones like "holy crap this thing is 10 years old?? "
you should see the paint, it looks like its about ten feet deep

in my opinion i would not buy a car that already had mods on it. i mean if the person driving it put them on he put them on to make the car quicker so theres a good chance he was heavy on the engine and stressed it.
