i doubt they would keep producing the sr20 motor.... such an old motor (even though its an amazing engine) Nissan is moving forward with new generation motors like the VQ.

The X-Trail has the SR20VET - with the turbo. It's the only vehicle to get it. The only other engine I know of in the X-Trail is the QR20DE.

The SR20VET is similar to the SR20VE, which wasn't available in the X-Trail, but was available in the Primera and Bluebird.
