Anyone buy anything from VBL?

Just wondering if anyone can vouch for this guy. He's selling some high priced items such as balling wheels and i saw his thread where he was parting his car.
He said he sold a few thing's here but has no trader rating.
So please if anyone has bought anything from him or know anything about this guy please let me know.
I am on the fence on buying something from him and need some assurance.

I'm always buying from various sellers and regardless of a trader rating existing or not you are always taking a risk.
