comectic head gasket
greddy ras

deatschwerks 600cc inj (all flowed 620)
evo9 16g
power fc d-jetro
aem tru-boost controller

120psi comp. on all 4 cylinders :(

I made the twinscroll manifold, sch 40 stainless. I paired 1&4, 2&3. But they were not equal length. I tried for kind of a expreme idea with just makeing the runners as short as possible. (wish I would have don a long runner set up now.)

Seconding this.

I've always wondered how the Evo turbo would do on a SR.

Here is a couple pics of the manifold. It is not going to win any awards on its apearence. But I get to say I built it, this is more of an experience then anything. I mig'd it with stainless wire and tri-mix gas, first time ever touching stainless.

I am thinking that I should get a set of greddy easy cams that should help top end so it dosent fall on its face in the top end. Plus fresh pistons and rings to get the compersion back up.

Thanks man, i got some ideas for new exhaust and intake manifolds.

91 pump, and yes 25psi. Hopefully the greddy cams im ordering will make it hold better in the upper revs.

that seems like ALOT of boost for pump gas.

but good numbers.

Nice.. but sucks your torque line increases and decreases so quickly..

Hardly any knock counts on the PFC. The turbo isnt a big A/R so its not a huge volume of air at 25psi

I hope with cams it does a little better. After new cams and another dyno run it is going to be rebuilt and maybe new manifolds.

Yea I know I like the quick increase I just hope bigger cams will get rid of the quick decrease. Plus the compression is down to 120psi on all 4.

Yo,

If you want the end of your power curve to NOT DROP OFF as much,

I would be willing to make a couple adjustments to you PFC map for 40 bones and send it back to you.

I am 99% sure I can do a couple little "tricks" to help

Wow dude 25psi 337whp not good. I have a twin scroll evo 8 I built myself with a better built (160 across the board ) engine and 270 cams Im running at 18 and it feels like 350 whp and im still planning on turning it up to 26 psi and that will be around 400-420 whp w/ my PFC

PS your manifold needs help

As I said I would be willing to give the OP HALF OFF my normal price for base map / Map Refresh service for the PFC<

My gut is telling me something is off on the tune.

Compression alone couldnt make it that low unless the motor is practically about to blow to smitherines
