many of the locals know me, and many of you in the country have done business with me.

I've been having an on going email conversation with Bing Wong, the gentleman in charge of www.bings.ca (http://www.bings.ca)

you may ask, who is Bing Wong and why does this matter, look at the fucken thread title,lol. Pretty much there a very well known makers of S13 and S14 rear valance replicas, me being on a search for s13 coupe valances lead me to these guys.

after sending out an email i realized shipping a single set was not really worth it...especially after u tack on shipping over from canada...so i had a thought, why not try and see if others were interested and make this a winnning combo, everyone gets a price cut, and they get more exposure here in the U.S.

so after a good week long convo Mr. Wong presented me with this offer

140shipped US for either s14 or s13 valances

the catch

we need at least 6 (in total) to make 1 order

usual pricing for these is roughly 185 shipped to western US and 175 to central/Eastern...saving us roughly 30 to 40 dollars, which im fucking sure is like gold to some of us...

im presenting this offer because i know many are looking for the real deal but oviously there hard to find and when u do find em u have to deal with the inflated drifter tax for these fucking things

im offering you a brand new, well made, clean item for cheaper than advertised on there site ( bings.ca (http://bings.ca/index.php?page=subsection&parent=2&child=8) )

id liek to get some feedback on this from all of you. if ur actually intrested or not...

im more than willing to set up a proper group buy here on the forums if the first order is successfull...itll be a simple win win situation, zilvia get more money, people get there parts, and Bings get exposure

Have you actually seen fiberglass s13 rear valances? I've seen a set from Japan. Very well made and they were exact replica of s13 coupe/silvia rear valances, but you need some serious grinding and cutting to make them fit right. I bought them out of desperation because I couldn't find a set in good condition, but ended up selling them. I hope you know what you are getting.

its a known fact that anything aftermarket non OEM is gonna need some sanding to fit

None really, they line up fine... double sided tape and then a bead of
urethane to prevent gunk from getting in behind

i know, i never said he wasnt but im tryin to see the current interest b4 bothering him to make a GB and end up with people flaking...this more a feeler for a group buy, like i said if there is enough interest im more than willing to pay for the GB to get started...and ur IN Canada,ur lucky, im tryin to set this up for the peeps here in the US.

Not to mention Bings stuff fits damn near like OEM. I've seen these valances personally on a friend's car and was really surprised with the fitment, but quality as well.

my theory, the days are longer in canada (from what ihear from my canadian co worker is that in some places the sun is out till 8p.m.) so they get more study time...hence...moh bwain POWAH...

its not that they dont, its that the cost of shipping them alone is more than half the price of the skirts...but if u add items to the box like a lip or valances, they can fit more items in one box in which the cost is more justified because ur getting more in one package...
