WTB: FR car

Trying to find a car for a friends. We are looking to get a rolling shell(running if in budget price). Engine or no engine doesn't matter. Only requirement are that it must be a FR platform for drifting. Also rust is "ok" as long as it is fixable. Budget is $1000.

Also someplace preferably near Illinois. Willing to travel some distance. Nothing crazy.
