red top rebuild it wont start

need your guys help asap
I heva a sr20det red top brand new rebuild
new pistons and rings
new head gasket
new water pump
new oil pump
new cam shafts
new valves and springs
new crank
new harnes
new ecu
a new clutch
new spark plugs
new starter


My budy was helping me with it and its done its installed in my car every ting is correct the wiring and its mounted and in place but the only problem is that when i turn the key for it to start it cranks once or twice and then the battery goes dead ...
I have replaced the battery and just got a new one thinking that would if solve my problem, but th problem persists it seams as if it wasn't geting any spark

if you think its your spark... why haven't you pulled the plug and grounded the electrode to see?charge that batt and let us know... p. to the s., i don't think that is your problem if it only cranks twice.

this is wat i have done so far
replaced the starter
new battery
i jump started the battery directly from my bros truck and each time i turnd the key the same thing will hapen crank twice, and you can see how it was suckung the power of the other battery the light on the truck goes din.
