Bought this and can't even use it...my Turbo is an (GT2860) "RS" Style turbo so this one can not be used.Have to have a "Bent" rod ONLY so now its gotta go.

Never even been used.

it will.

u still have to bend the rod tho.

thats what i did for my gt2876r.

Wrong - It fits because you can mount it on the front of the Housing or the back on a GT2871.
Thats what EVERYONE at FRSPORT runs (GT2871 w/ HKS) after speaking w/ 3 of them.My Turbo is an RS and it can only mount 1 way.
please Do not litter my Thread Bro'ham.

If you look at the GT2871 w/ the optional HKS Act on frsports web site it shows how it mounts w/ a Straight Rod.

This will Fit your Turbo Perfectly.Mine HAS to have a bent rod which HKS does not make per FRSPORT.

obo - Brand New guys.

Bracket allows this to fit on any T28 turbo including 2871 etc

So it fits and s15 turbo as is? Or is that bent rod only too? ygpm

yes - The Bracket that comes w/ this Actuator is Diff than the OEM Bracket so thats why it fits w/o a Bent Rod.

My Turbo only has holes to mount the Bracket on the BACK of the housing and 2871,T28 etc has holes on Both sides.
As anyone at FRsport and they will tell you.Thats how I found out.

I run a GT2860RS and i dont run a bent rod w/ custom bracket and it fits perfectly. ill post some pics if you want.

^^^I need a custom bracket. any way you can make or get me one??? I have a gt2871r with rs style housing and the guy who had the turbo sold the actuator, i guess with the plate too.

I'd like to see this.

is the rod sitting at a Super angle though becuase thats how it would have been with mine and I'm not down for that 1 bit?
its gotta effect something in the long run.Either way I figured out my stock one.It was hardly even tight and barley on the rod.
