if you have lots of free time to waste mixed with low income.

Honestly, search first next time. But because I'm in a good mood.

CA is basically an RB with two less cylinders, so it's not a bad motor.

However. Least aftermarket support for common 240 swaps. Underrated power. Older than most SR/RB swaps.

Honestly no real point in my book. Unless your really strapped for cash, in which case you probably shouldn't be doing a motor swap in the first place.

Oh and this thread will be locked.

i am just wondering about the CA in general, just if i was to have one how much for boost and what not

It has weaker internals than SR's and RB's. The t25 on CA's is slightly smaller and thus is not very efficient over stock boost.

i have before, i probably wouldnt ever again.

save the extra 3-400 and get sr. or keep saving and get s14 sr.

im not even gonna get into this endless discussion...yeah sure, the sr is ultimate win, thats why every one i know with SR's has had more problems with rocker arms and headgaskets fucking up, compared to my CA that hasnt had any issues besides a leaking water pump...

No. Spending more money in the swap than the car itself is not worth anything. We all do it for a hobby, not to see if it is worth it.

Is it worth it to have a 300whp S13 when EVO/STI cost the same? No.
Will the car worth the price (car itself plus mods) when you sell it? No.

So no. Stop modifying cars if you have to ask if it is worth it.

I will not be party to this thread, it will only become an argument, as these kinds of threads always do.
I would rather you search for the information you seek.
