it holds your bumper to your fenders like how the oem bumpers has them on each side of the bumper.

yes it includes the metal and fiberglass fenders if you buy everything.
So you just want the OEM fenders? and not the fiberglass ones if you buy everything am i correct?

correct if theres a big enough decrease in price... if its not gunna save me much not getting them then sure ill take them but id rather not get them lol. is this EVERYTHING for the swap minus the hood? price me out with and without fiberglass fenders.
