1992 Sc300 5 Spd Runs and Drives NO Title

Heres the deal I've had the car for over a year drove it for a few monthes with some dealer tags and then it has sat.I started few times a month and drove around private lot.Car is a 92 has a black dash out of newer model in it and a newer ge motor in it with under 100k.Car runs great but Im tired of chasing the guy I got it from down trying to get the title.I've moved twice and getting ready to move again and I will not be taking the car with me either I will sell whole or part it out.Looking to get $2800 obo.As many of you know the 5 spd swap alone is worth about $1500 then you have all the rest of the car.Car no longer has the S14 wheels on it will come on some old steelies if does not sell soon I will begin the part out.Feel more then free to make offers on parts as I will give it a week at most and begin parting.
