User name signature help!!!

whats going on guys, I am trying to re size this picture to use it as my sig and cant get it right.. I fail really bad at shit like this.. everytime i try to re size it it stretches the heck out of it..

can someone re size it for me? the bigger the better as long as its not too big that i cant use it in my sig...

it comes with Windows............................

yeah but everytime i try to resize it the picture stretches and looks like my car is 20 ft wide.

"Constrain image proportions" is the idea you need... It has been in EVERY version of photoshop I have ever had, and I suck at photoshop.
You know that your max length is to be 200px, so change THAT instead of the 400px width, because that left me with an image that was too tall...

thanks man, i was starting to get used to it. but now when i get t down to the right size, everythime i try to insert it in my sig, it comes out smaller.. I have seen peope on here with bigger sigs. thats how i wanna get mine..
