you might want to add that YOU as the seller (assuming this is ur unit) need to contact Nistune (Matt) and give him the info of the new buyer to reset the license.

Well when you click on the link provided it shows you S13 ka24de uses the type 3 board and type 4 works for the S14 (1995 only) ka24de ecu.

Does this come with a consult cable as well?

type 3 boards are for lots of cars... the board has a specific base image on it though - so the seller needs to specify what its for.
