Size difference? They are dimensionally the same unit. I don't know for sure, but I think the harness connections are the same also.

yea but the 97 are a little smaller my concern is that I might be of 3-5 mph ditto on the rpm

Kouki is round, Zenki is oval (the black bezel). Kouki in Zenki and vice versa requires you to move a few pins around IIRC.

I can assure you that they are dimensionally identical
I am not sure about the harness connections. I will tell you that a UK 200sx cluster will plug directly into a USDM model. I've got one.

Much more than just a plug and play application - the Kouki uses fewer plugs so requires some wire splicing/de-pinning.

the plugs on the back are not the same. If you are looking for a 95-96 cluster let me know. I have one.

from what i saw the harness is difference, i had a 96 cluster(black) and 98 cluster (white) and the plugs looked different (yeah i know should have taken pictures) so i sold the 98 with harness so it can be properly wired it...so im pretty sure there is a difference on a 95 cluster...

pretty much
im surprised nissan didnt keep the plug in play like they did with s13's, but w/e

hmm no its that I have a zenki SE with the white gauges and I would like to have the black kouki gauges on my 95 now were would I get the information on wire splicing/de-pinning to make it work?
Grab a 95 FSM and a 97 FSM then do some work. Its all in there. And before you try to say shit back, I already did it this way and it works perfectly fine.

Not only that, I've answered this before. On here. A few times.
Don't assume you suddenly have a new idea that no one has ever tried. They have. It's ALL been done before.
Zenki has 4 plugs, Kouki has 3 plugs. Plugs are completely different, as are pinouts. You can match it all up by reading the traces on the board. It's simple.
