Hey u all, ok so i am taking an engine rebuild class and need a project, i am looking for a sr20det engine, it can be blown, rod thrown i dont care, as long as the block dose not have a hole and theres not HUNGE damage, also i dont need the coils, turbo set up, or any wires or anything like that, tho it would be nice to have, but i need it cheep, i can pic it up, and like i said its for school. so if u know any one or have a motor laying around u dont need please let me know, PM me thank you

i saw an add for a blown sr20 for 1k on craigslist today....but that seems a bit expensive for a project engine. you can try www.recycler.com (http://www.recycler.com) as well i've seen sr20's for sale but they are the fwd flavor. oh...saw another ad on clist for a blown singlecam ka for like 100 bucks-hope that helps

pm me my buddy bought an sr20 that had a spun bearing. only things he kept were all turbo and wiring stuff plus the cas. I have a few of the parts for sale. the engine is completely torn down.Im located in sandiego. lemme know if interested.
