Shitty tires on em or no tires for shipping, up to the buyer. Buyer pays dismounting.
wheels are in good condition without any major damage aside from some curb rash.
Paint is stripped and needs to be stripped more, blasting would work best.

btw.. these are $184 ea at disccount tire and they're +15, not the same as the +12.

either way, $300 obo isn't a bad price.
