Black top s13 sr in s13 coupe. I got this car from a friend because he can't afford to maintain it and he lives in Cali now. I've been slowly pulling the car apart and fixing issues. Even though I'm not driving my car atm I still start it up a couple times a week to make sure the battery stays charged. This was the first time I started the car on jack stands. The car is in neutral, I looked back and saw the hub spinning, and it eventually stopped. I spun it by hand and it kept going for a bit. Is this a bad thing or do these trans do that? Sorry if this is a "noob" type question but my understanding of transmissions say that when you are in neutral you should not be getting any power to the wheels. WTF? I just want to narrow down what it is before I pull trans and have it rebuilt.
