bumper trim issues

im a newbie here and I had some problems with the bumper of my 240... dealer said that I need to replace the bumper trim but its expensive... are online guides helpful with this? if so, are there any sites (or guides) for this? thanks!

the black trim? if so its just tape. but its a bitch to get it off in one piece. if you really want to keep it just use some electrical tape.

if you dont want to use electrical tape.. i think they sale black trim tape at autozone... also never go to a dealer for that reason they will empty your wallet..if anything hit up a body/paint shop..
