But I have found myself becoming surrounded by kids who take picture's of my car and post them on the myspace saying its there car

Imitation is the most sincerest form of flattery. Obviously they want your car but I'm not sure about them posting it as if they are the owner of the car.

it's actually been discussed before, but in the form of a company using individual's cars to sell their products...so it's slightly different from what you are asking.

-this is why my car is uglyyy i don't want that to happen to me. if they take a pic of your car, go up to them, pose next to your car, have them take the pic, sign the picture, and ask for a 5 dollar fee.

i have people taking pic of my skyline and they post it on their myspace saying they wish they could have it..lol but to say they own it is kind of weird .... I can see only one problem... if that person pissed off someone and shit hit the fan, and they fuck up/steal your car thinking its that other person's .... not cool

but in reality, people taking pics of your car and saying its theirs sucks. But then you get the fun job of calling them out! There's no better satisfaction then calling out some dumbass on the internetz, eh?

And it's better than having HATERS on your car, people who key your car and kick your fenders in because they can't afford or have the skills to build their own cars up to snuff. So be lucky that people just like your car.
