I finally almost have my own 240!! Some of my friends said that there is something wrong with it. 57,000 miles for 7500?? Also ill write down the VIN number tomorrow and check Carfax on it. So what do you guys think?? Hopefully everything is right and i can finally start my Project!

If it has a salvage title, it's not the end of the world. It's very easy to total an S14 with just cosmetic damage.

Damn bastard isn't picking up his phone!! :mad: We were scheduled to meet at 10:30 and he never showed or called. Some people just **** me off like that, HE is selling the car - but it looks like he doesn't really care about it. Well anyway i was wondering what other people think of this deal?? Do you guys think there could be something wrong with it or is it a fair deal??

Nah, for the mileage it is a good deal. The price doesn't tell me "omg somehting is wrong." 240s tend to depreciate quickly.

That's a pretty awesome deal if you're in San Francisco where I bought my car, but i hear that in most other places 240s are much cheaper and so this sounds pretty legit. I doubt it has a salvage title for that price (unless the guy is insane) but if it does, I'd stay away from it. I've owned a salvage title car before and there were just problems that came out of nowhere. However, if the salvage title is due to it being stolen and stripped or something like that, it might be worth it, just make sure you knock the price down A LOT.

my friend was also interested in that 240 and when he called the guy, he said that he would go down as low as 7. i'm only telling you that b/c my friend couldn't come up with all the money right now
