Nissan FSM specifically states that you are supposed to use Dextron ATF. I hope you didn't f up you PS pump...

The FSM states not to use regular power steering fluid, and to use ATF Transmission fluid. Regular PS fluid will end up leaking pretty badly. To bleed the system you need to start the car, take the cap off the PS reservoir, and turn the wheel from lock to lock while keeping an eye on your fluid.

Have you guys ever stopped to think about this royal purple stuff. I mean you hear great things and reviews, but send the stuff off for an oil analysis and this speaks for itself. There stuff is not even as good as valv 10 30w dino oil.

no, it's because you chose to put the wrong fluid into your PS system without reading the FSM. I'm sure the RP shit works in systems where it's supposed to be.
