Why? OE is ABS plastic, it can't much lighter than that.

you do realize that the term "to much of a good thing" applies here. carbon fiber is great looking however when the majority of your accent pieces are CF your car looks to over done. in essence it will look tacky. yes tacky,,,,,even if you spent thousands on cf bits.

i agree with you 180000 million percent,
however, the stock grill is black. and virtually unseen, the cf *i think* will also be virtually unseen, but when you see it you would appreciate it.
lets face it my car is bright blue, its an pretty ricey, i totally agree with what your saying, also for the roof skin, my car is black roofed, and that looks sexy, so i think a cf roof skin would be nice. im not doing the center garnish in the kouki tails because I think that would be too much, and im definatly considering NOT getting the cf hatch unless its painted to match the body color because i have a 180sx and im not a fan of having the carbon hatch come down in the back and seeing the side pieces of stock body color and cf in the middle *will show a pic if no on understands what im saying lolol*

so CF hood, roof skin, *B pillars which I have*, the hood would be painted the stock color of my car into a v following the s14 kouki "body lines" on the hood. and by the looks of it definatly no cf grill so its all good.

you know what i probably wont, and take your word on it.
the cf roof skin seems to be quite alot of work, and not worth the money for the premade roof skin.
ive been thinking about the whole "too much of a good thing" thing for a while now, and its just too over whelming to do all this cf.

although I did just by a carbon fiber CAS cover /shame :( lolol :D
