ok guys i giong crazy here with my car. first off i have a 97 240sx with a zenki s14 sr20det swap in there for a year now. now i am running 15psi and one day i was giving my friend a ride and i felt something pop. i did a boost leak test and set it at 20psi. during that test i found the middle intake gasket was leaking so i change it while i was there i change a coolant temperture sensor and theromstat. put everything back and make sure the tps was right it wasnt so i set it at .45v. but when i tighten it, it goes back down to .41v it all the way down(towards the bumper). so i went for a ride anyway and its good until 5k rpm and then boost dies but still revs somewhat it goes 13-14psi and then to 8 psi. but at half throttle i see 10psi all the way to 6k rpm. i have a aem wideband and it at 13.4 -13.9 when i get off the gas it suppose to be --- when i get off the gas. now at idle its at 13.0 really rich. is my turbo no good. also had new parts install ivac, bkr6eix plugs, fpr is set at 48psi, new hks wastegate accurator, all the intercooler clamps have t bolts and tighten all the way tight.

13.4-13.9 at WOT is not RICH!!! Shit is lean...you should be looking at 11.5-11 under WOT. Idle, doesnt matter as long as its not knocking (14, ive seen as high as 15.5, depends on knock levels on light throttle). The pop is probably detonation.

Get colder spark plugs, gap them down to .028, check your timing, and richen up your fuel map. Also, why is your FPR set at 48 psi?

sorry about that at wot is ae 10.0 to 11.0 the 13.4 is at half throttle. well the fpr is set at 48 because the use to brake up so my stock fpr was shot. do you think is the tps or maybe the turbo or crack in the manifold. if its the crack in the manifold is there anyway i can tell
